Tips to stay healthy and safe

  • Take regular breaks and set aside screen-free time each day.
  • Never share personal information with strangers online.
  • Take notice of how gaming makes you feel. If it's no longer fun, take a break.
  • Look after your health - eat well, exercise regularly, stay hydrated, and get enough sleep.
